Where are the updates?

I have a few bugs with my version of the software. However, I realised that I’m at version 4.0.0 instead of 4.4.0, the latest version directly available from the iskysoft website. Why is it that the version available on the App Store is not being updated as well? It is especially anoying considering that I’ve used the 4.3 version of this software on another computer and it had none of the bugs I experience right now.
Appart from that, this is a good software. Nice functionalities. I would love to get the updates!
