Please fix version 4.0.0

Totally awsome app… until, version 4.0.0 was released… now it crashes on launch every time!!!!
Please fix this problem I really depend on this software for my teaching. I had to pay another $60 and bought version 4.4.1 online, (it’s called iSkysoft iMedia Converter Delux 2) not in the app store here. I don’t have time for the fix to version 4.0.0, I hope they refund my cash if the new fixed version is labeled 4.4.1. I’m not at all negative, just very impatient.
